Educator of the Year Awards

Educator of the Year Awards

Educator of the Year Awards

The Office of Senator Dave Min (D-Irvine) is accepting nominations for our inaugural Educator of the Year recognition. This year’s celebration will honor teachers from throughout the district (Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, Newport Beach, Orange, Tustin and Villa Park).

Teachers are so often underappreciated, but their tireless efforts to educate our kids are so important for the future of our society. Show your appreciation for your favorite local educator by telling us how they have made a difference in your life. The honorees will receive the title of “Educator of the Year” for 2021, and a certificate of recognition acknowledging the exceptional work she or he has done in helping our students through a challenging year.

The deadline to submit is by August 6, 2021 at 6 p.m. If you have any questions, please email Matt Kern at Matt.Kern@sen.ca.gov.
